While Viduthalai Part 2 has many aspects that one appreciates, it’s not as stellar as Part 1 as it gets very sermonising.

Didactic and overstretched in parts, Viduthalai Part 2 keeps interest levels from flagging by creating sharply observed scenes of power play and extracting excellent performances from characters major and minor.

Despite a strong political core that puts out a message that’s unfortunately relevant even in today’s world and strong performances…to back the plot, Vetri Maaran’s sequel lacks the emotions that worked wonders with the first part.

Very below average overly talkative same substance movie. Could've used simple language at many places. it was more like a poorly made documentary merged with a part 1 script left-overs and extended. Didn't work so well.

The movie was visually done well with some bad CGI. The main issue with the movie is the flow. The scene cuts are pretty bad, and there is so much talking and information thats said it is difficult to fully comprehend everything that is happening/ being said. The moral of the store is a good moral, but there isnt much that keeps you engaged in this movie.
