The Hunting Ground succeeds as a damning portrait of how colleges have allowed sexual assault to go unchecked, valuing their own reputations over the lives of vulnerable students.

Stunning, powerful, infuriating.

An important film to see for parents, students and anyone involved with academia.

It has succeeded at something far greater by letting the audience come to know all the brave women and men it gets to come forward with their stories, putting a human face on this most inhumane of crimes.

A useful picture that should be required viewing at freshman orientation.

U.S. universities have plenty of financial incentives to minimize rape on campus, as this enraging film demonstrates. But there are women fighting back...

Investigative documentarian Kirby Dick continues his specialized topical exposure from defiled church to dishonored military onto the primal grounds where those roots took place in universities, with slight missed opportunity in fleshing out thoroughly to find the true behavioral cause. This exposure’s main focus is conversing with how the victims were treated and how the academic authorities gone low without a care but their reputable stakes, especially when they acknowledged those general occurrences. It’s provocative under shock, respectfully approached, and ethically edged with built credibility. (B+)
