Just because a movie has good actors doesn't mean the movie is going to be good. Not worth watching.Rated 0.5/5 Stars • Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars05/16/23 Full Review christopher c. m This is way better than people give it credit for. The attention to detail, the jokes, the cameos. The make up effects are all great. There is one scene of a stop motion Cerberus that I don't think really works but overall, it's great. I advise everyone who loves strange horror rom-coms to take a trip on the Highway to Hell.Rated 4.5/5 Stars • Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member "Sounds like you're walking, geek! Get those shoes on and do it! Walk! Walk!" First there was Maniac Cop. Now there's Hell Cop! A young couple eloping take the backroads to Vegas in hopes of evading their possibly pursing families. In taking the circuitous route, the couple inadvertently enter the Highway to Hell where a demonic state trooper "arrests" the woman. Her beau pursues, meeting a wide range of crazy, odd-ball, scary, loopy, violent, cartoony characters along the way. These roles were played by, among others, Kristy Swanson (same year she played Buffy), Lita Ford, C.J. Graham (Jason in "Jason Lives"), Kevin Peter Hall (the Predator in "Predator" ), the Stillers (Jerry [a year prior to becoming Frank Costanza], Ben [back when he was only known for his MTV show], Amy as Cleopatra, & the matriarch Anne Meara as a waitress), and Gilbert Gottfried as a heavy metal-loving Hitler! Trippy and odd, the tone was off-putting and neither funny nor scary (it gives off the same vibe as "Nothing to Lose" and "Hardware").Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Good B (C?) movie fun. I can't hate a movie featuring Patrick Bergin and cameos by the entire Stiller family.Rated 3.5/5 Stars • Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars01/24/23 Full Review Aaron K Cool movie from my teenage years.
