In accordance with the Section 6 of the Act No.132/2010 Coll., the Act on-demand Audiovisual Media Services and modification of other laws, we hereby inform users of the services www.rferl.org, www.rferl.org/p/2905.html and www.rferl.org/z/743 that the supervising authority with respect to audiovisual media services on-demand is the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting of the Czech Republic (www.rrtv.cz) and the provision of these services is governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

In accordance with applicable legislation, we have established an internal reporting system for the confidential receipt of reports of actual or impending violations of RFE/RL policy or applicable law.

OZNAMOVACÍ SYSTÉM

V souladu s platnou legislativou, jsme zřídili interní oznamovací systém pro důvěrný příjem oznámení o uskutečněném nebo hrozícím porušení směrnic RFE/RL nebo protiprávním jednání.

Tento interní oznamovací systém můžete využít, pokud jste zaměstnancem, dodavatelem, dobrovolníkem nebo stážistou RFE/RL. Podat oznámení můžete kterýmkoliv z následujících způsobů:
