Abstract
The Transport Services System enables applications to use transportprotocols flexibly for network communication and defines aprotocol-independent Transport Services Application ProgrammingInterface (API) that is based on an asynchronous, event-driveninteraction pattern. This document serves as a guide to implementingsuch a system.
