Abstract
This document describes an architecture for establishing andmaintaining Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Open ThreatSignaling (DOTS) within and between domains. The document does notspecify protocols or protocol extensions, instead focusing ondefining architectural relationships, components, and concepts usedin a DOTS deployment.
