Abstract
This document defines a resource-oriented approach for securityautomation information publication, discovery, and sharing. Usingthis approach, producers may publish, share, and exchangerepresentations of software descriptors, security incidents, attackindicators, software vulnerabilities, configuration checklists, andother security automation information as web-addressable resources.Furthermore, consumers and other stakeholders may access and searchthis security information as needed, establishing a rapid andon-demand information exchange network for restricted internal use orpublic access repositories. This specification extends the AtomPublishing Protocol and Atom Syndication Format to transport andshare security automation resource representations.
