Abstract
This document presents a number of considerations regarding evaluatingInformation-Centric Networking (ICN) and sheds some light on theimpact of ICN on network security. It also surveys the evaluationtools currently available to researchers in the ICN area and providessuggestions regarding methodology and metrics.
