Abstract

During IETF meetings, individual volunteers often help sessions runmore smoothly by relaying information back and forth between thephysical meeting room and an associated textual chatroom. Suchvolunteers are commonly called "Jabber scribes". This documentsummarizes experience with the Jabber scribe role and provides somesuggestions for fulfilling the role at IETF meetings.
