Abstract
This document describes a cryptographic authentication mechanism forthe Babel routing protocol. This document updates RFC 6126. Themechanism allocates two new TLV types for the authentication data,uses Hashed Message Authentication Code (HMAC), and is both optionaland backward compatible.
