Abstract

This document provides an overview of a workshop held by the InternetArchitecture Board (IAB) on 'Interconnecting Smart Objects with theInternet'. The workshop took place in Prague on 25 March 2011. Themain goal of the workshop was to solicit feedback from the widercommunity on their experience with deploying IETF protocols inconstrained environments. This report summarizes the discussions andlists the conclusions and recommendations to the Internet EngineeringTask Force (IETF) community.

The views and positions documented in this report arethose of the workshop participants and do not necessarily reflect IABviews and positions. This document is not an Internet Standards Track specification; it is published for informational purposes.
