Abstract

This document defines a peering architecture for the SessionInitiation Protocol (SIP) and its functional components andinterfaces. It also describes the components and the steps necessaryto establish a session between two SIP Service Provider (SSP) peeringdomains. This document is not an Internet Standards Track specification; it is published for informational purposes.
