Abstract
This document specifies the payload format for packetization ofGlobal System for Mobile Communications Half Rate (GSM-HR) speechcodec data into the Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP). The payloadformat supports transmission of multiple frames per payload andpacket loss robustness methods using redundancy. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
