Abstract

This document describes Connectivity Verification (CV) Types usingBidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) with Virtual CircuitConnectivity Verification (VCCV). VCCV provides a control channelthat is associated with a pseudowire (PW), as well as thecorresponding operations and management functions such asconnectivity verification to be used over that control channel.[STANDARDS-TRACK]
