Abstract

This document specifies a stable naming scheme for the nameserversthat serve the zones IN-ADDR.ARPA and IP6.ARPA in the DNS. Thesezones contain data that facilitate reverse mapping (address toname). This memo documents an Internet Best Current Practice.
