Abstract

The Security Architecture for the Internet Protocol describessecurity services for traffic at the IP layer. That architectureprimarily defines services for Internet Protocol (IP) unicastpackets. This document describes how the IPsec security servicesare applied to IP multicast packets. These extensions are relevantonly for an IPsec implementation that supports multicast. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
