Abstract
This document describes an XML-based protocol for mapping serviceidentifiers and geodetic or civic location information to servicecontact URIs. In particular, it can be used to determine thelocation-appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) foremergency services. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
