Abstract

This memo defines URI fragment identifiers for text/plain MIMEentities. These fragment identifiers make it possible to refer toparts of a text/plain MIME entity, either identified by characterposition or range, or by line position or range. Fragmentidentifiers may also contain information for integrity checks to makethem more robust. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
