Abstract
This document defines a new optional Intermediate System toIntermediate System (IS-IS) TLV named CAPABILITY,formed of multiple sub-TLVs, which allows a router to announce itscapabilities within an IS-IS level or the entire routing domain. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
