Abstract
This memo defines a method for framing Real-time TransportProtocol (RTP) and RTP Control Protocol (RTCP) packets ontoconnection-oriented transport (such as TCP). The memo also defineshow session descriptions may specify RTP streams that use the framingmethod. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
