Abstract

This document describes a new Remote Authentication Dial-In UserService (RADIUS) attribute, Chargeable-User-Identity. This attributecan be used by a home network to identify a user for the purpose ofroaming transactions that occur outside of the home network. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
