Abstract

The Datagram Congestion Control Protocol (DCCP) is a transportprotocol that provides bidirectional unicast connections ofcongestion-controlled unreliable datagrams. DCCP is suitable forapplications that transfer fairly large amounts of data and that canbenefit from control over the tradeoff between timeliness andreliability. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
