Abstract
This document describes how to express media transport over TCP usingthe Session Description Protocol (SDP). It defines the SDP 'TCP'protocol identifier, the SDP 'setup' attribute, which describes theconnection setup procedure, and the SDP 'connection' attribute, whichhandles connection reestablishment.
