BGP Session Culling is the practice of ensuring BGP sessions areforcefully torn down before maintenance activities on a lower-layernetwork commence -- activities that otherwise would affect the flowof data between the BGP speakers.  BGP Session Culling is thepractice of ensuring BGP sessions are forcefully torn down beforecommencing maintenance activities (that otherwise would affect theflow of data between the BGP speakers) on a lower-layer network.

It should say:

BGP Session Culling is the practice of ensuring BGP sessions areforcefully torn down before maintenance activities on a lower-layernetwork commence -- activities that otherwise would affect the flowof data between the BGP speakers.
