Section 7 says:

   IANA has allocated two new TLS extensions, client_certificate_type   and server_certificate_type, from the "TLS ExtensionType Values"   subregistry defined in [RFC5246].

It should say:

   IANA has allocated two new code points, 19 (0x13) and 20 (0x14), for   client_certificate_type and server_certificate_type, respectively,   in the "TLS ExtensionType Values" subregistry defined in [RFC5246].
