Section 2.3 says:

(where the constant concatenated to the end of each T(n) is asingle octet.)

It should say:

(where the constant concatenated to the end of each T(n) is asingle octet with value mod(n, 256).)

Notes:

It's clear what the values of the octets are supposed to be, but the text doesn't actually say what they are.
