Section 4.2.2 says:

   The Internet evolved from the APARNET and adopted dynamic routing   algorithms with distributed control to determine the paths that   packets should take en-route to their destinations.

It should say:

   The Internet evolved from the ARPANET and adopted dynamic routing   algorithms with distributed control to determine the paths that   packets should take en-route to their destinations.
