Section 2.1 says:

   Finally, there is an additional recommendation in [6] that an EF   compliant node SHOULD NOT reorder packets within a micorflow.

It should say:

   Finally, there is an additional recommendation in [6] that an EF   compliant node SHOULD NOT reorder packets within a microflow.
