NUEVA YORK, sep 29 (Reuters) - El dólar recortaba parte de sus ganancias contra el euro y el yen el lunes tras la noticia de que Citigroup Inc. comprará la mayor parte de los activos de Wachovia Corp. y se hará cargo de sus pasivos.
El euro seguía mostrando un desplome de 1,7 por ciento contra el dólar a 1,4366 unidades de Estados Unidos frente a 1,4345 dólares antes de la noticia.
