Episcopal Council
The Episcopal Council exists to assist the Bishop in the day-to-day management of the diocese and includes the Principal Chaplains: Rev Robert Matau RN PRCC (Royal Navy), Fr Stephen Sharkey (Army), Deacon David Skillen (RAF), who advise on single service matters; and Fr Nick Gosnell VG who advises on ecclesiastical and canonical matters.
