This document describes the development and release schedule for thePython 3.2 series. The schedule primarily concerns itself with PEP-sizeditems.
3.2 will receive bugfix updates approximately every 4-6 months forapproximately 18 months. After the release of 3.3.0 final (see PEP398), a final 3.2 bugfix update will be released. After that,security updates (source only) will be released until 5 years afterthe release of 3.2 final, which was planned for February 2016.
As of 2016-02-20, Python 3.2.x reached end-of-life status. The finalsource release was 3.2.6 in October 2014.
(No new features beyond this point.)

Note thatPEP 3003 is in effect: no changes to languagesyntax and no additions to the builtins may be made.
No large-scale changes have been recorded yet.
