Chef Rudi Sodamin is an internationally respected food authority and a legend in the culinary world. In addition to being our fleetwide executive chef, he pioneered “The Catch by Rudi,” an exquisite onboard seafood restaurant that brings the simplicity of fresh, sustainable seafood to your table.
Makoto Okuwa, master of Edomae-style sushi
One of Miami’s most accomplished chefs, Chef Okuwa excels in crafting sushi fresh from Tokyo Bay. He combines his 20+ years of experience in traditional Japanese-style cooking with innovative techniques for an authentic Japanese dining experience at Princess’ very own Makoto Ocean.
