Romania will reform the government decree that regulates the accumulation, export and renewal of products of the national defense forces to provide these weapons to Ukraine, the Romania Libera newspaper reported on Tuesday.
After the approval of the decree, Bucharest will be able to supply weapons from reserves not only to allied countries, but also to partners of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), among which is Ukraine.
This announcement comes after the European country joined the chorus of nations providing military aid to the Ukrainian government, despite warnings from Russia.
On February 24, Moscow launched a military operation in Ukraine to defend the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk in eastern Ukraine from the genocide carried out by Kiev.
