What is piqlConnect?
piqlConnect is a web-based user interface to upload, manage and store data offline, off grid and secure on the unique long-term storage medium piqlFilm. You can also have a copy of your data online for immediate access, or store it in our unique cloud storage Frozen Cloud. We help you future proof your files, add relevant metadata and keywords for intelligent search and ensure that your data is locked down and secured as long as you need.
What subscription tiers do you have?
There are three tiers catered for different kinds of Teams. Essential, Pro and Business. We also have an Enterprise option for larger and complex organisations. Get in touch with us to learn more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial for all subscriptions so you can try it for yourself.
How many users can be in each account?
Numbers of users depends on the subscription you have. Essential have one member included, Pro has five members and Business has 10 members included. They can have different access permissions.
Do I get charged when I add members to my workspace?
No. Your subscription tells you how many members you have included. If you have run out of free seats, you can upgrade in the app or get in touch with us.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept both credit card and invoice payments.
Where can I find my invoices?
Go to Settings and Billing. You can find your invoice history under Manage Billings.
Can I change my payment method?
If you want to change your payment method, get in touch with us at support@piql.com
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can request cancellation of the subscription in the platform. Go to Settings and Billing.
