TheTrap Lid (落とし穴のふた^?, lit.: "Trap Lid") is atreasure inPikmin 4. It is a metalbutton. There are 12 of them found duringStory Mode. There is 1 on sublevel 2 of theSeafloor Resort, 1 on the surface of theHero's Hideaway, and the remaining 10 are on theCavern for a King's 15th sublevel.

Seafloor Resort[edit]

There is a Trap Lid completely submerged in a corner near the center of the sublevel. To collect it, carry it to the base with a singleBlue Pikmin.

Hero's Hideaway[edit]

There is a Trap Lid hidden inside a patch of grass in the southwestern corner of the area. It is guarded by fourTusked Blowhogs, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it.

Cavern for a King[edit]

Location of the 10 Trap Lids on sublevel 15 of theCavern for a King. Note that this is the location where theBaldy Long Legs spawns, and the treasure could be dropped in a different location to this.

There are 10 Trap Lids inside of theBaldy Long Legs roaming around the center of the sublevel. The Baldy Long Legs must be defeated before these treasures can be collected. They may land inwater, so usingBlue Pikmin to collect them is recommended.
