After getting to the point in the level where you see Yellow Pikmin on avine, call them and continue forward. You need at least 8 Pikmin for the treasure, so don't lose too many. Once you get to the vine, climb it, then jump on theBouncy Mushrooms. Go left and push theiron block. Now you can get the Stuck Compass.
