TheOpen Architecture (オープン・アーキテクチャ?, lit.: "Open Architecture") is atreasure in the European and Japanese versions ofPikmin 2; it is an open can ofAkebono-brand canned salmon. It is found in theCitadel of Spiders, on sublevel 3.Yellow Pikmin are rather useful here, among theAnode Beetles andSwooping Snitchbugs. This particulartreasure is most often found out in the open in one of the main rooms, easy to locate and collect once theenemies have been dealt with.
InPikmin 3, there is a can in theDistant Tundra that looks similar to the Open Architecture; it only serves as decoration. SeveralYellow Pikmin are found here during the first part of the tutorial.
