It is lying on the ground in the northern alcove of sublevel 2 of theAquiferous Summit, next to 10Gold Nuggets. The path is blocked by twosizzling floors, meaning thatRed Pikmin are essentially required to collect this treasure, although you can collect it withOatchi if he has theScorch Guard.
