TheFace Wrinkler (トキメキノミ^?, lit.: "Fruit of Heartthrob") is afruit inPikmin 3 and atreasure inPikmin 4. It is alemon, and is worth × 70 inMission Mode. It fills one and a half bottles of juice (three quarters inUltra-Spicy mode), and is a common fruit, seen multiple times throughoutPikmin 3's Story Mode. InPikmin 4, it's worth × 60 and can be found three times in Story Mode.

The Face Wrinkler in theGarden of Hope is found as part of the game's tutorial, where the player is taught how to throw and switch betweenleaders. Simply throw Brittany and 5 Pikmin up onto the higher ledge so they can reach the fruit.

Tropical Wilds[edit]

The Face Wrinkler in theTropical Wilds is found buried in the sand near theShaggy Long Legs' arena and the body of water with some Wogpoles. Simply have some Pikmindig it up, or usebomb rocks to instantly unearth it. A pair ofSkutterchucks and aWhiptongue Bulborb are present along the route back to the Drake; it is advised they are defeated before the Face Wrinkler is collected.

Distant Tundra[edit]

The Face Wrinkler in theDistant Tundra is found on a small ledge behind a large stump with aDapper Blob on top. It can be harvested with Blue Pikmin, which will carry it through the water, but this will require you to remove a nearby dirt wall first, and later clearing the nearby pond of all enemies. If you don't, the Blue Pikmin will take a longer route back involving someJoustmites. Alternatively, it can be carried with Winged Pikmin by charging them onto it, who will then carry it directly to the Drake.

Serene Shores[edit]

There is a Face Wrinkler inside of aPeckish Aristocrab at the central west section of the overworld. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Peckish Aristocrab and the nearbyAristocrab Offspring, then throw 7 Pikmin at it. The nearbywater spouts should also be cleared if you're not using Blue Pikmin. It is most easily accessible at low tide.

Doppelgänger's Den[edit]

A Face Wrinkler is sitting on a ledge on the northeast of sublevel 1 of theDoppelgänger's Den. To collect this treasure, you must throw 7Blue Pikmin at it, or use 15Ice Pikmin to freeze the nearby body of water and throw 7 Pikmin at it. It can also be knocked down with arush fromOatchi.

Giant's Hearth[edit]

There is a Face Wrinkler atop a ledge west of the center of the overworld, right next to the Line of Logsbase. To collect this treasure, you must throw 7 Pikmin at it.
