The Brush of Foolishness is on the northwestern corner of sublevel 3 of theSeafloor Resort, next to a pile ofGold Nuggets. To collect this treasure, you must first press the nearby button with a Pikmin to lower the iron fences, then throw 5 Pikmin at it.
