The PC version is an updated port of the 1996 SEGA Saturn game with extra content. It includes two new enemies, a "new navigational tracking system" and 3D sound support.

Essential improvements

Enemy Zero Community Patch

Allows the game to be installed from the PC or Sega Saturn discs, so that the game can be played without the CD.
Fixes video palette issues, Uses the highest quality videos available and fixes a potential late-game bug.
Version 2.1 has a disc swap bug that prevents progress past disc 1.[2]
