Omniglot is an online encyclopedia of writing systems and languages that I've been working on since 1998. The site currently contains profiles of 2,200+ languages, 365 writing systems and 1,000+ constructed, fictional and adapted scripts. There's also advice about learning languages, and useful phrases and other resources in 1,000+ languages. As well as the main Omniglot site, I also run the Omniglot Blog and the Radio Omniglot Podcast, where I write and talk about language-related things, and share some of the tunes and songs I write. Then there's the Celtiadur, a blog where I explore connections between Celtic languages. I make language and music related videos on YouTube (omniglot), Instagram (@ieithgi) and Tiktok (@omniglot & @ieithgi).
