Eminem has revealed the reasons for why he came atTyler, the Creator in his new song "Fall," as well as said he went "too far" with thehomophobic diss directed at the Flower Boy artist.

"I think the word that I called him on that song was one of the things where I felt like this might be too far," Eminem said in an interview withSway. "Because in my quest to hurt him, I realize that I was hurting a lot of other people by saying it...It was one of the things that I kept going back to and going 'I don't feel right with this.'"

The Detroit rapper then talked about why he felt compelled todiss Tyler on theKamikaze track and said that he took issue with comments Tyler andEarl Sweatshirt made about him in interviews and on social media.

The moments the Slim Shady rapper specifically mentioned are when Tyler tweeted about 2014's Shady XV and called it "ass," and when Earlsaid "if you still follow Eminem, you drink way too much Mountain Dew" in a 2015 interview withSpin.

"I was like, really? What the f**k," Eminem said. "You guys were just on tour with us, we hung out, we kicked it, made jokes." However, the "breaking point" for the rapper was when Tyler criticized hisBeyoncé collaboration "Walk on Water." The comments about Tyler begin around the 9:30 mark.

In the interview, Em also talked about hisscathing anti-Donald Trump freestyle at the BET Hip-Hop Awards and confirmed that Trump's Secret Service visited him after the televised event.

"They came to my studio, yeah," he said. "They were basically just asking questions about my lyrics to see what the intent was behind them and if I was making an actual threat or just expressing myself."
