That the Clerk of Seanad Éireann do send to the Minister for Local Government notice of a vacancy in the membership of Seanad Éireann occasioned by the death of Senator O.L. Sheehy Skeffington, a member elected to Seanad Éireann for the Dublin University Constituency.
