IT'S OK I'M OK

Tate McRae's It’s ok I’m ok, released via RCA Records on 13 September 2024, is the first taste of new music from the singer since Tate's 2023 album THINK LATER.
It's ok I'm ok marks a new chapter for the star, the song was written and produced with OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder, ILYA (Ariana Grande, ROSALÍA) and Savan Kotecha who wrote The Weeknd's I Can't Feel My Face and One Direction's That's What Makes You Beautiful - a team who Tate described as "the most talented people alive".
Entering the Official Singles Chart at Number 14 in its opening week giving Tate her sixth Top 20 hit, It's ok I'm ok features an irresistible chorus, the pop-infused hit is also accompanied by a killer dance visual.
Directed by Hannah Lux Davis (Doja Cat, Charlie XCX) and choreographed by Sean Bankhead (Cardi B, Lil Nas X), the high-energy music video follows an unbothered yet commanding Tate strutting through city streets.
On the release of the track, Tate said, “I’m so beyond excited to share “It’s ok I’m ok” with the world and this new chapter of my music. This song is a byproduct of reflecting back on past relationships to now and how much I’ve grown and learned from them. It’s a playful take on knowing your worth and the all too relatable feeling of never wanting someone back.”
The release of It's ok I'm ok coincided with Tate's sold-out global THINK LATER TOUR spanning 59-dates throughout Europe, UK, North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, including her first headline show at New York's Madison Square Garden.
