Here are the opening hours for our various exhibitions:

The National Library invites you to hold family or business events in a unique space: The Conference and Event Center at the New National Library. World-class facilities at a central location (adjacent to the Knesset) including: An auditorium, an assembly hall, meeting rooms, a restaurant, an event courtyard, green gardens and additional spectacularly designed spaces.
The NLI contains 13 study rooms which can be used by the public. These are located in the Reading Rooms on floors -1 and -2.
Each room contains an erasable writing board and television screen that can be hooked up to a computer.
Operating hours are in accordance with the operating hours of the Reading Rooms.

Enjoy some coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, salads and pastries at our restaurant, located on level -2.
In addition, you can find Harry's Café on level 0, where you can also explore a unique work of art by Gali Cnaani.

At "As Promised", the Taube Family Bookshop on floor 0, you can find creative and original souvenirs which will continue to tell our story, long after you’ve left the building.
Books, design products, original games, and Judaica items – these are just some of the things waiting for you here. Don’t forget to drop by before heading home.

To allow everyone a pleasant and enjoyable visit at the Library, we provide:
🚾 Accessible toilets on every floor.
🛗 Accessible elevators for going up and down the building’s floors. There is also a designated elevator for the reading hall’s three floors.
🖥️ Two programs for the aid of the blind and the visually impaired, JAWS Screen Reader and ZoomText, have been installed on 3 Library computers, on the following floors: L-0, L-1 and L-2.
♿All the Library service areas are situated in convenient locations and are at a height that is appropriate for people with special needs.
👂A program to aid the hard of hearing is installed in the Library auditorium
1. Best to drop off your bags and other belongings at the coat check counter. This makes touring the Library that much easier.
2. Did you bring thereally little ones with you? There’s a diaper changing station and a nursing room on level -2.
3. At the entrance to the exhibitions you can find our audio guide headsets. Don’t forget to choose the audio track for families, which we created just for you!
4. In our permanent exibition space, we have some special viewing stations for children spread around the hall – try and find them! Hint: These will let you see our greatest masterpieces from a slightly different perspective. Parents are also invited to take a peek.😊
5. You can talk, laugh, and especially ask questions throughout the National Library of Israel – but when you enter the large reading halls, please remember to keep quiet!
