Books designated to be loaned can be ordered from academic libraries in Israel and worldwide.

Ordering books from libraries in Israel: the prices differ between the different types of libraries.

Ordering books from abroad: will be done in accordance with the services price list. The work will be carried out after payment is actually made.

The book can be borrowed for eight weeks. No automatic extension will be carried out. You can request to extend the loaning period by contacting the document delivery team.

No. The book can only be used in the reading rooms of the National Library building.

1. Register on the library website.
2. Locate the item:
   Libraries in Israel: Locate the requested system number through theULI catalog.
   Libraries abroad: You must locate the number of the desired item (OCLC number) through theWorldCat catalog.
3. Fill out an online order form:

When you finish filling out the form a notice will appear which confirms that the form was sent successfully.

When the form is received your request will be transferred to and processed by the document delivery team at the library. You will be contacted in order to continue processing your application. An order from libraries in Israel – within 7-10 working days from when the order was made.

An order from libraries abroad – the book will arrive at the National Library in accordance with the country the book was ordered from. An estimated time of arrival will be provided for each order individually.

After the order is confirmed you will be sent a link for online secure payment by credit card or a PayPal account.
