Very expensive. Really, really good public schools. Not sure what the taxes go towards, but they're not too bad.

Very conservative area. Very Safe. Extremely good schools. Growing but not too busy. All around checks every single box you'd want.

A really vibrant community with extremely down to earth people everywhere. Extremely conservative politically. Even though it's growing a lot, people always look out for one another and neighbors are all engaged.
