a a a 71 1 Glovers Hit Canarsie Monday Night Golden Glovers punched to tournament schedule last night clambered into the ring at St. Francis The busy lightweights brought the schedule to a two-day, weekend respite with the next bouts slated for Monday night at Holy Family school in the Canarsie sector of Brooklyn. The tournament opened with the largest field of contenders in 26 years. the past three weeks they have been battling away on a steamy elimination schedule that has two more weeks go before the all important quarterfinals. The quarters are listed for Felt Forom.

Feb. 21. 22 and 23. Then come semis, also at the Forum, March 1 and 3. Next are the finals, Friday night, March 10 at Madison Square Garden.
