5. Battle Against Integration Shaping Up. LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP)An all-out battle against any integration in Little Rock la shaping up. The segregationist Capital Citizens Council said It will do everything In its power to block racial-mixing in the publie schools.

Amig Guthridge, an attorney for the council and one of its official spnkesmen, said the people of Little Rock will never accent integration in any form.
